At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@youora.in.

To process your claim, you must provide:

• A clear unboxing/opening video showing the sealed package being opened.
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Your order number.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Resolution
Once the claim is verified, we will provide either:

• Store Credit equal to the value of the product, or
• A Refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 3-5 business days after verification.

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept claims for:

• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography and screen settings.
• Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
