Here’s how you can extend the life of your gold plated jewellery :
1 - Wear after applying perfume, hairspray and makeup.
2 - Avoid wearing while bathing, swimming or exercising. If you do, always clean them and make sure the pieces are dry before storing them.
3 - For best care, try and store the jewellery in the packaging provided at the time of purchase.
4 - Clean your plated jewelry gently with a cloth.

Refund Policy

At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact@youora.in.

To process your claim, you must provide:

  • A clear unboxing/opening video showing the sealed package being opened.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Your order number.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Resolution
Once the claim is verified, we will provide either:

  • Store Credit equal to the value of the product, or
  • A Refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.

Approved refunds or store credits will be processed within 3-5 business days after verification.

Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to photography and screen settings.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
